Fair Use Policy
The Website Rescue Program includes free repairs for common WordPress issues. To protect clients and maintain quality, the following fair use rules apply:
Reasonable Scope
Free repairs cover standard website issues only. Work that resembles a rebuild, redesign or full redevelopment may fall outside fair use.
Repair Only
The offer covers repairs to the current site, not new features or new pages.
One Time Fix
The free fix applies once per issue type. Repeated change requests or additional variations fall outside fair use.
No Unlimited Work
Magik Digital may limit work if the site contains extensive faults, severe malware or requires broad redevelopment.
Security Problems
Basic security issues are included. Deep malware infections or full site reconstruction fall outside fair use.
Project Honesty
The offer must not be used to obtain unpaid development work under false
circumstances.
Hosting Requirement
Fair use applies only while hosting is active on Magik Digital’s platform.
Reasonable Behaviour
Clients must communicate respectfully and provide required access promptly.
