Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Magik Digital Website Rescue Program. By submitting an enquiry or participating in the program you agree to the terms below.
Eligibility
To qualify for the Website Rescue offer, the participant must:
- Own or control a WordPress website
- Agree to migrate hosting to Magik Digital
- Set up a hosting account with valid payment details
- Be a new hosting client of Magik Digital
Websites built on platforms other than WordPress are not eligible.
Free Website Fix Inclusions
Magik Digital will fix common website issues at no cost, including:
- Broken contact forms
- Layout issues
- Plugin conflicts
- General WordPress bugs
- Slow loading problems
- Missing updates
- Visual formatting issues
- Error messages
These fixes apply only to the website in its current form at the time of migration.
Free Hosting Period
Participants receive 6 months of free website hosting and email hosting on Magik Digital’s dedicated servers.
The 6 month period begins on the day the hosting account is created.
No hosting fees will be charged during this time.
Hosting Fees After the Free Period
After the 6 month free period ends, standard hosting fees apply:
$39 a month including GST
This includes:
- Website hosting
- Email hosting
- CloudLinux environment
- Litespeed web server
- Cloudflare CDN and security layer
There are no lock in contracts and clients may leave at any time.
Migration Requirements
To perform free fixes, Magik Digital must migrate the website to its own hosting environment.
Migration is secure and typically completed within one business day.
Participants must provide access credentials required for transfer.
Not Included in the Free Fix Offer
The free repair offer does not include:
- Full website redesigns
- New feature development
- Custom coding beyond reasonable repairs
- Rebuilding entire templates or themes
- Fixes that require replacing the entire website
- Ecommerce build outs
- Malware removal for severely compromised sites (fair use applies)
- Multi site networks
- Complex systems or custom applications
These items may be quoted separately.
Fair Use & Reasonable Limits
Magik Digital will repair issues within fair and reasonable limits. The free fix offer is intended to resolve standard WordPress issues, not extensive rebuilds.
Magik Digital may decline or limit work if:
- The website is severely damaged
- The website is hacked beyond repair
- The theme is abandoned or incompatible
- The site requires major structural changes
- The volume of work exceeds reasonable boundaries
- The client repeatedly requests changes outside basic repairs
Magik Digital will notify the client before declining or limiting work.
Cancellations
Participants may cancel hosting at any time.
If hosting is cancelled during the free period, no fees apply.
Transparency & No Hidden Fees
There are no hidden fees associated with the Website Rescue offer.
All pricing, inclusions and limitations are presented clearly on this page and in the signup process.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a request for Website Rescue or by migrating hosting to Magik Digital, the participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.
